How was your week? Was it super busy or stressful? Well, Iβve had a quite hectic week. So this weekend I decided to do what I love. I deserve it, everyone deserves nice weekend I am going to practice guitar, read my favourite books and of course cook some lovely food Yay! Firstly what I cooked today was βGarlic Soy sauce Tteokbokkiβ. Itβs surprisingly simple, salty and sweet snack which people often eat at home or restaurant. Good for brighten your mood

Rice cake 500g
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp garlic minced
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp corn syrup
Three shiitake mushrooms thinly sliced
Half of a spicy chilli thinly sliced (optional)
How to Cook π©π½βπ³
- Bring the water to a boil
- Put the rice cake to the boiling water and stir then gently until softened
- Once the rice cake is ready, drain and start to cook in the oiled pan in medium heat
- In a little bowl put the minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup and mix them
- Add the chopped mushrooms and chilli in the pan and stir them with rice cake for up to 3-5 minutes until the mushrooms softened
- Reduced the heat to low and add the sauce you made into the pan and toss well to combine everything well.
- Stir for another 3-5 minute
- Enjoy delicious vegan garlic soy sauce Tteokbokki and your weekend
