Sweet Chilli Vegan Sausage Stir Fry(λΉκ±΄ μμΈμ§ μΌμ± λ³Άμ)
Hello my dear friends! Today the vegan Korean dish I will introduce you is ‘Sweet Chilli Vegan Sausage Stir Fry’. It’s called ‘Sausage-yachae-bokkeum’ or shortly ‘Sso-ya’ in Korean π
It takes less than 10 mins to cook ‘Sso-ya’. Super simple and tasty, so I thought it would be perfect for my lunchbox π
Ingredient π₯¦
- 200g vegan sausage chopped 1cm thick
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 small onion diced
- 3 tbsp garlic minced – for sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Korean chili powder(gochu-garu)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
How to Cook π©π½βπ³
- In the oiled pan put diced onion and garlic until the onion is translucent
- Add the chopped vegan sausage and diced bell pepper and cook until the sausage cooked well (If you’re using frozen one, leave them for half an hour out to defrost and boil them for 2-3 minutes and follow this recipe π)
- Meanwhile add all the ingredients for sauce in a bowl, mix them well.
- Add the sauce in the pan stir them all together for 3 minutes then done π«
- Enjoy your lovely ‘Sso-ya’ βΊοΈππ
